Well technically it isn't new, but since it isn't dropping on dvd region 1 till October 9th, we'll call it new. Apparently this has been available in region 2 for a while.
"Following the unleashing of a biological weapon that effectively killed its victims bodies while leaving their minds alive inside rotting corpses, a pocket of uninfected humans has walled itself off from the zombies in an underground military facility. When a helicopter crashes in a zombie territory and strands the scientist who represents humanity's last chance for survival, a team of commandos is assembled to rescue him."
