Today started out kind of slow, I missed the entire Cutting Edge Horror shorts program because I slept in. Sorry folks, I'll run down the list and request stuff that is QE material so I can provide reviews later. On a side note, the maid knocked on my hotel door this morning and after telling her no, I didn't want my room cleaned now, she asked "Are you ok?". That's a clear sign I'm not staying in the best of places, hahaha.

Now for this 10 minute short by Peter Ricq of Montreal, which simply put, rocked. It was full on animation, very crisply done, and the color scheme used was incredible. This bored looking average joe steps outside his house and the world phases out, matrix style, into this futuristic prison. In this world little one eyed bunnys control each creature from inside them in a little control room. The vision of the future, the animation, the story, everything was incredible, and this could easily be made into a feature film. Hey they're doing it with Shane Acker's 9, why not this one? 8 out 10 baby!
