Please Stand By came on right before Blood Car, it was about 5 minutes long, and it was the first post apocalyptic thing I've seen at the festival! It's part of the Cutting Edge Canada program and is by Chris Nash. It starts off with a woman running from down the sidewalk and tripping then a big lobster scuttles up and kills her. It then cuts to some guy in his house watching emotionless while drinking his coffee and we get the overview that the lobsters have taken over the world, and he can't go outside. It's a really dark comedy, but it's hilarious. Chris was there to introduce the movie himself, and while not having much to say, his movie spoke for him. 7 out of 10. Sorry folks no trailers or anything.
