I found this in the lineup at the Toronto Worldwide Fantasy Film Festival (which finishes up today) and it reminds me of Salvador Dali's "The Temptation of St. Anthony", the picture where all the old gods are leaving heaven on long legged creatures. It is a music video but don't let that deter you from watching this, it's very well animated and fitting for the dreamlike music. The tagline is: "A character walks the Earth, calling in its strange inhabitants to leave the wasted planet and follow him to a new world".
