There seems to be some confusion eminating out of Variety, and thats the story of Ruben Flesicher in talks to direct Columbia's "Zombieland", a post apocalyptic zombedy. The storyline goes "After a zombie plague ravages America, a pair of ‘odd couple’ survivors team up to find purpose and combat the living dead in the post-apocalyptic Southwest." While this sounds great, we reported earlier on James L. Frachon's title of the same name which is about an old funeral home that gets turned into a morbid attraction. Now here's where the problem comes in, Variety and everyone else has been reporting that these 2 movies are one in the same, when obviously they are not. We are attempting to get an official statement from James regarding this potentially amusing situation. More zombies!
