From what I can find on this very popular graphic novel by artist Lorenzo Mattotti and writer Claudio Piersanti, it's a story about an alcoholic with tragic fate whose hands start to bleed, hence the Stigmata. The imagery in the comic is in black and white, and very stark, and you can check it out for yourself in the link below.
