That's right folks, from the director of Halloween H20, TV's Miss Match, and Felicity, comes a straight to DVD remake of Romero's classic Day of the Dead! And from the looks of this new trailer it's easy to see why we won't be seeing it in theaters. Seriously, the only thing this film looks to retain from the Romero film is the title. Is it an ultra violent action picture or a gross-out comedy with really bad mom jokes? Plus the unfortunate tag line "D-Day is coming," isn't exactly helping it establish taste. But, who am? Just some ravenous fan of all things zombietastic, what do I know.
