So I'm kind of hoping that what Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer have created with Brotherhood of Blood is a deceptively simple film that offers a fresh approach to the Vampire genre. Because let's face it, if any genre is in desperate need of a kick start it's the vampire genre.

Starring Devil's Rejects alumni Sid Haig & Ken Foree, the film is said to be a "claustrophobic thriller about a team of vampire hunters who infiltrate a nest of undead to rescue one of their own." And unless looks are deceiving, the film looks to be a pretty intense little HD horror flick.

Michael Roesch is the poor mans Uwe Boll...What does that tell you? This looks terrible, though maybe if they up the gore it'll be good for a few laughs.

I don't believe there is anything lower then Uwe Boll (see our In the name of the king review) so this is quite an insult!
