quietearth [Celluloid 02.24.08] post apocalyptic zombies movie news horror

This one has my two of my favorite keywords, post apocalyptic, and zombies combined with what looks like an artistic edge! About a month ago we brought you some storyboards, a photo, and info that Brazil's Beyond the Grave would start shooting this February, and while still in production, they just sent us another press release with some behind the scenes photos! Principal photography is expected to wrap March 4th and they've got a crew of 40 people work on this and we are really stoked about it. Director Davi de Oliveira Pinheiro says "The purpose of creating something really different is being fully achieved. It is turning into a very original and surprising film." The storyline follows the unstoppable hunt for a supernatural serial killer by the obsessive cop Lockheart (Rafael Tombini) in the wastelands of a post-apocalyptic Brazil.
