Our friends over at TLA Releasing's Danger After Dark label have announced the lineup for their section at the Philly film fest.. and boy are there some doozies! First off they're having two world premiers, both of which I'm really interested in seeing. The first is Frank Henenlotter's "Bad Biology", the sexually charged psycho-thriller (or something). Then there's FSudol's zombie cartoon "Dead Fury", which we've been waiting on for a long time. Not only do we have these genre films, but we've got all sorts of European and Asian fun, like Black House, Confession of Pain, Epitaph, Eye in the Sky, Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, The Last House in the Woods, Like a Shooting Star (retro), Mirageman (still can't wait to see it), Pistoleros (we've got a copy coming soon), Soo, The Sperm (yes it's a comedy), Storm (another one coming soon!), Trailer Park of Terror (yummy zombie trailer trash), Triangle, and Who is KK Downey! Wow.. I wish I could go. Some other stuf of note playing at the fest (outside of DAD) is Film Noir, Bag Head, Blood Brothers, Vexille, The Forbidden Kingdom, The Pixar Story, Spine Tingler! The William Castle Story, and Summer Scars. So if you're in Philly between April 3rd through 15th, check it out! We have a link to the fest site after the break.
