After seeing the contest for the 4th Dimension DVD giveaway over at Twitch this morning, I thought I'd share my opinion of this film as I saw it at last years Estes Park Film Festival at the famous Stanley Hotel. I must preface this with saying that apparently, my opinion is in the minority, but I'm giving it anyways. The film is about a man who is apparently "obsessed with solving the mysteries of time" although any indication as to what he is doing is obfuscated at best. The cinematography, while nice at points, gets tiresome half way through, and any narrative is completely lost. It was confusing and overall, plodding. In fact, I would have walked out of the theater had I not been with friends, who incidentally, loved it. I give it a 2 out of 10, and that's my 2 cents. Full synopsis and trailer after the break.

"Jack is a loner confined to a workbench in the back of an antique shop. When a mysterious woman presents him with a broken antique clock that is not to be fixed, unexplainable events begin to occur. After finding Albert Einstein's journal on his still unsolved Unified Field Theory, Jack becomes obsessed with analyzing time and theorizing its connection to his supernatural experiences, his surreal dreams, and his perception of reality, only to lead to the discovery of the biggest mystery of all - himself."

Obviously, you liked the film because you took your tremendous amount of free time to search for the latest 4th Dimension news, write a review, and place the trailer on your site.
Apparently, you know the film is genius and you are trying to capitalize on the future success of the film to gain attention to your insignificant website by posting a bogus negative review. You suck and your friends are awesome. Tell them I said HI.

user icon Yeah your right.. I suck and I'm just trying to get attention, but you missed something, it was a "mini-review", actualy reviews are more then 1 paragraph. Sheesh.

Say what?! Outil, you are obviously deranged (or are the upset filmmaker of this "classic") because if you actually read the mini-review he'd have seen that 4th Dimension was viewed theatrically by the reviewer at a film festival. So obviously his opinion hasn't been merely fabricated to get attention.

It's film sites that rally behind every movie just to get in good with filmmakers and production companies that suck, not ones like Quiet Earth where real opinions by real film fans can be found. You're obviously the one trying to get attention so why don't you **** off back to Rotten Tomatoes where you belong.
