Rose McGowan tells MTV that the long rumored Barbarella remake was a go, and not only that but she will be starring and alot of pre-production work has been finished, includings sets, contracts, etc. She also said it will be a long shoot, and since their might be a strike come June, it certainly won't be finished by then, and I'm guessing maybe not even into production. The original film starred "Hanoi" Jane Fonda in a "sexual science fiction as a highly sexual woman is tasked with finding and stopping the evil Durand-Durand. Along the way she encounters various unusual people." Interesting. I bet the remake will be better then the original.
