For those interested in the legacy of the legendary Manson Family the announcement of the film 'The Manson Girls', starring Lindsay Lohan, may peak your interest. Billed as the true story of Charles Manson as seen through the eyes of Brenda, Sadie and Squeaky; girls from ostensibly normal families who grew to become some of his most loyal followers. The film chronicles the groups beginnings as a hippy commune to the eventual spiral into an organized crime family of females that spanned years after Charles himself was sent to death row, and how the group spawned the "Aryan Brotherhood" offshoot. The Manson story is that of an end of era, a loss of innocence and this film may stand as a testimony to how such a thing can happen. With directing duties going to Matthew Bright (Freeway, Modern Vampires), filming begins this July in L.A.

sounds like it should be a good movie..
i just wish lindsay wasnt going to be in it..shes a good actress and all..but she doesnt seem like the manson girl type, if you know what i mean.

lindsay shouldnt be in this movie! if this movie is coming out which i hope it is, they need to get people who have a dark twisted side.. putting lindsay as a manson girl would ruin it! charlie had better taste then girls like lindsay!

I think if you're going to leave a comment about a movie, you should use correct grammar and spelling. Lindsay Lohan is not the best choice for the lead role in a Manson movie, but I think she just might pull it off.

The movie is set to come out mid 2009, get pumped!
