George Romero is still the undisputed king of all thing Zombie which is why, regardless of the fact that NOTLD has received more double-dips than a veggie platter at a frat party, we're so into the idea of honoring his second best film with an epic 40th Anniversary disc. And how do you know that this edition is the ultimate release? Well, a) it's not bloody colorized, and b) it's got George's John Hancock on the cool new cover you see before you. As happy as I am to hear this, it means that I will own no less than 5 different versions of the film when I buy this. Is that quintuple dipping? Maybe I'll just have to burn my colourised version to make room on my shelf...
