Google says that the title translates to "Sexykiller, die by it", so I guess die by the sexykiller would be more apropos. Billed as a comedy, the plot revolves around an exclusive medical campus at a university where corpses start to show up. The police don't have any clue who's responsible and the police don't suspect the beautiful, young, and innocent looking Barbara who's only concern seems to be fasion. However under her facade hides the most lethal and unforgiving killer. Flick is dropping in Spain on October 10th, trailer after the break.

I reckon it means "die for her" so like, you'd be prepared to die for her

that's what the bloke in my office said anyway, although he looked at me kind of funny when I asked.

Second person singular future tense. It's more like "you will die for/by her" The correlation with the phrase "to die for" might be there as well.
