UFO Cults? Check. Cloning? Check. Hedonism? Check. Ok I'm already in folks, but it gets better. Based on the novel of the same name, this French film follows a comedian as he grows older and joins a cult which promises eternal life via downloading old identities along with cloning. While I'm not sure how the film runs, the book alternates this with the dystopic future where humanity has been all but wiped out and the remaining "clones" live underground, in some weird solitary lifestyle. Apparently they have been endowed with the capability for photosynthesis so they eat very little, and their contact with others is regulated to a pet dog and some emails. The trailer after the break really doesn't do this storyline justice, and unfortunately I think we're going to have to wait a while on this one because it drops in France on September 10th.
