First off let's get to the most important part, yes RZA is back to do the score. Don't get me wrong I loved Afro Samurai but I'm a huge Wu Tang fan. Samuel L. Jackson will reprise his role as Afro with Lucy Liu (huh?) as a special guest star. Liu will play Sio, Afro's seductive nemesis in the new movie, while Mark Hamill will play Bin, Sio's manservent and protector. Yuri Lowenthal (Naruto) will reprise his role as Kuma, the teddy bear-headed warrior. "When his Afro's father's body is stolen from its grave, Afro is forced to pick up his sword and wreak bloody vengeance against an army of deadly foes lead by a sadistic mastermind." SpikeTV will be debuting the new movie in January 2009 and the folks at SDCC are getting a look at the trailer today. Further good news is that there will be a sneak peak available for the rest of us after 8:15PM ET on spike.com and afrosamurai.com, yes! TRAILER AFTER THE BREAK.
