We've been following this film long before it even started shooting, and right from the get go we knew it had two of our favorite things: it was post apocalyptic, and it had zombies, and while the press release I received tonight was careful to distance this from a "zombie" flick, they are still the living dead. This is more of an arthouse take on the genre, what with a maverick cop chasing a sick serial killer in a world which has collapsed. While we don't know much further, there seems to be plenty of samurai action, blood spattered walls, and the walking dead. To put it concisely, this looks AWESOME.
