Wow, we've been waiting on this one since last year, and as far as I know, this is the first ever post apocalyptic zombie tv show to come to fruition, although I'm not sure at this point if they have a deal yet. It looks to be well shot and just up our alley, and special thanks to writer/director David Sasich for giving us the exclusive on this. While I know little about the storyline I'm guessing it has something to do with survival. "A global pandemic has decimated the population and left the cities deserted. When a handful of survivors find themselves stranded in the aftermath, with the dead returning to life, they must rely on each other to live in a world overrun by the walking dead. Lifeless is an episodic drama of survival horror." Besides the trailer, we have even better news. If you can make it to NY this week and next, theirs free screenings of the first 3 episodes at the New York Television Festival. Check after the break for details, trailer, and stills!

This is basically Walking Dead the comic book! Which is awesome so this could be real cool.

I really hope that someone has the good sense to make this - it has obvious potential as a show not just for fans but also for financial returns. And it could open the zombie genre to a much wider audience.

LOL! I thought of WALKING DEAD immediately, also.

I think they should call it the first American zombie TV show, since reviewers are certain to bring up DEAD SET.
