Okay so this might not be the biggest news but since there's been a lot of discussion in the forums about Cormac McCarthy's The Road and everyone seems pretty stoked about the upcoming film, I figured I'd share the new cover of Vintage's movie tie-in book that's set to be released on October 14th. Considering I usually HATE how publishers rebrand book covers based on new films (case in point, the movie tie-in cover for I am Legend *shudders*), I was surprised to find that I liked this one. Score one more point for this production. If you haven't read the book yet, this might be your last chance to catch up before the film drops so click here to order it up!

This has been around for a while, I wish I hadn;t seen it alread so I could be all exited and crud, but I;ve been trying to find all the latest news on the road that i can possibly find, so yeah.

It's a nice bookcover, but unfortunately they are not to include further pics/photos in this book ***sigh*** - according to the publisher the contents are the same as with the previously published paperback :(

why would you want any more content in the book???! watch the film for literal visuals, read the book for literary visuals.
