Hell ya!! Now this is what I'm talking about. Many have tried to blend horror and comedy over the last couple of years but very few have succeeded in quite the same way as the Brits have; and even less have managed to do it quite as well as the team of Jake West, director of the crazy awesome over-the-top gore fest Evil Aliens, and comic book creator Dan Schaffer. I've been waiting on the trailer for Doghouse for over a year now and even though I've been checking the film's official webpage everyday, the lads at BD still beat me to it. Ah well, all's fair in love of film I say. You'll find the trailer and full synopsis after the break. And G.H., if you're out there, you're gonna love this one!
Danny is handling his divorce badly. He’s depressed. Gone to pieces. But his mates aren’t giving up on him. Struggling with their own mid-life troubles, they drag him off for a boy’s weekend in the country... which goes horribly twisted when they find themselves holidaying in a village overrun by psychotic, homicidal women.

Anyone else think this looks a little like another Severance/The Cottage/Shaun of the Dead? I'm not holding out much hope to be honest.

Looks like fun. I gotta agree with projectcyclops, being in the same boat as those just makes me want to see this more.
