quietearth [Celluloid 10.05.08] post apocalyptic movie news horror

I'm probably one of the few film buffs that actually watched Pulse 2, and what's even worse, I liked it. It wasn't anything fantastic and the storyline was really simple, but I have this thing for the post apocalyptic world that got created in the original. Anyways, all the footage and stills we saw before are just as bad as what you'll see after the break. Dimension is really sparing no expense to let us know that these were really poorly made, and God help me, I'm chomping at the bit to see part 3. Here's the rundown: "It is now seven years later and the survivors on Earth have settled into a primitive lifestyle completely void of electronics. The clusters of human survivors live together in refugee camps as the phantoms have taken over the cities. Justine is now a teenager and she escapes to the city to try and make a life for herself where she is not a drain on her adopted family (her parents both became phantoms in part one). She heads in to the city at the urging of Adam, a seeming survivor in the city that lures her with promises of understanding and friendship." Bad stills after the break.

On the end of the first film i was like "man this need a 2" but they ruined it to do a japanese phantom like movie, damn, it could kick ass if portrayed only the post-apocaliptic caos.
