We first reported on Mexico's entree into the socio-political scifi statement film world back in September which included a few minute preview showcasing some of the great production design. I'm very excited for this flick, but unfortunately it won't be dropping till October 2009, but I've been in touch with director Francisco Laresgoiti and he says they're currently working on the CGI which is going to take roughly 5 months. In the meantime, I found they put out a commercial about the drug PACTIA where a woman announces: "Take Pactia and be happy, work better, live better." or some rough translation thereof. Basically, it's a mind control drug keeping the people as slaves. Special thanks to Avery for the translation and check it out after the break!
