Who hasn't fantasized about being the last man on earth? I mean, having all the world's spoils at your fingertips certainly seems pretty sweet but after about a week of wallowing in your own filth I imagine things would start to seem pretty lonely. But what if you had the means and the know-how to build your own synthetic friend? Would he look like Wall-E?
In the wake of global devastation a lone survivor is running out of time. As he desperately searches for survivors will he find hope in a junk pile?
Lone is directed by newcomer Andrew Nowrojee and will be showing at Imagine Festival in NY. The festival is different than most. It's non profit and promotes a high level dialogue between scientists and filmmakers. Trailer after the break.
