Or to use another term, a vampire. We've seen a great resurgence in the genre lately, with films like Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Undead, Against the Dark, Let the Right One In, Vampyrer (Not Like Others) among many others.. so let's hope this trend continues and they do with the vampire genre what they've done with the zombie genre. For those who missed Mindflesh (review here), it was a great little mix of psycho-sexual horror and science fiction which is why I'm looking forward to what director Robert Pratten does with The Last Revenants. We don't have much in the way of details, but we'll try getting more.


A Great Plague has eradicated all of the vampire population, save for four female vampires. They must integrate into society, and hunt as a team to survive. The plague has also left them without the ability to turn victims into vampires. With the help of a mad scientist, they will try to procreate with humans to keep the species alive.
