One film I'm greatly looking forward to is The Exploding Girl which just had it's world premier at Berlinale a couple of days ago. It's another weird indy romance and it's shot with Red which seems to be very common these days. Are they handing them cameras out like candy? Unfortunately there's not much available on the film except a couple of stills and a small plot synopsis, but I've emailed the director with no response as of yet.. so hopefully we'll get something soon.

During their summer vacation, Ivy and Al discover that a shift from “best friends” to lovers may be on the cards. It is, however, precisely their familiarity that now represents a barrier between them.
