agentorange [Celluloid 04.20.09] movie trailer news horror

The trailer for the straight to DVD Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead has dropped (via: Bloody-Disgusting) and it's, as you may expect, full of extreme cannibal mayhem.

synopsis:
A group of people find themselves trapped in the backwoods of West Virginia, fighting for their lives against a group of vicious and horribly disfigured inbred cannibals.

While there seems to be no end to the popularity of this genre, I gotta say I've found both the Wrong Turns so far to be quite entertaining. Even Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, with it's apocalypse survival reality show concept, was pretty fun. One thing I like about the series too is that it's continued to push the envelope in terms of how extreme it goes. These aren't your average flicks where the monsters stay firmly in the shadows. These films put you right in the heart of the action which usually makes for an intense couple of hours.
