From director Hitoshi Matsumoto, who made Big Man Japan, comes a new project called Symbol, that's shrouded in mystery. Not much is known about the project other than it is multi-lingual, involves a lot of foreign extras, and will be released in Japan on September 12, 2009.
This new, CGI heavy teaser (via nipponcinema) for the film is weird, weird, weirder and doesn't give us much to go on. It shows a guy in "loud" pajamas waking up in a large white room. He walks over to the wall and then, well, just watch for yourselves.
