You may remember us reporting on Chris Smith's (Severance, Creep) new project, Triangle, half a year back when an ill-conceived trailer dropped and was quickly yanked. Well now, thanks to the lads at Empire, we finally get a much better (and actually official this time) look at the British director's latest scare flick.

Synopsis:
When Jess sets sail on a yacht with a group of friends, she cannot shake the feeling that there is something wrong. Her suspicions are realized when the yacht hits a storm and the group is forced to board a passing ocean liner to get to safety, a ship Jess is convinced she's been on before. The ship appears deserted, the clock on board has stopped, but they are not alone... Someone is intent on hunting them down, one by one. And Jess unknowingly holds the key to end the terror.

Triangle stars Melissa George, Liam Hemsworth and Rachael Carpani and is the opening film at Frightfest next month. Smith's next film is a medieval plague outing called Black Death, so expect much reporting form us on that one as well.
