After some incredibly disappointing reviews of Tetsuo (see Twitch) this doesn't feel like much of announcement, but if you're still interested, there's something akin to a rag doll shaking back and forth available now on the official website.
The film is about an American named Antony working in Tokyo, married to a Japanese woman. He makes the agonizing transformation into Tetsuo when their son Tom is killed by the same evil driver who creates the Tetsuos in previous films.
