It’s common for evil to come wrapped in the guise of an innocent child or a beautiful woman and if done right, the audience may not know what the character’s motivation may be but in the case of Olivier Coussemacq’s new film, the trailer doesn’t really say what it is the beautiful young girl is hunting for.

Fifteen year old Céline is on her own. Her mother is in prison and she’s left in the care of her tutors who she escapes from as soon as she has the opportunity. She finds herself hiding out in the home of a couple who seem nice enough. She wants the Van Eyck’s to adopt her but when the Mrs. goes off on a trip, Céline is left alone with Juge and if the trailer is any suggestion, she has more than just child-like admiration for the man. It’s not clear what exactly Céline is after but whatever it is, it’s not good.

Trailer after the break.
