BBC's Day of the Triffids mini-series might seem like old news to our UK readers, but a lot of us in region 1 land still haven't caught up with it, nor has the world seen a proper trailer - until now.
More good news is that if you've got a region free DVD player (like me, zing!) you can now buy the DVD and Blu-ray from amazon.co.uk.
Synopsis:
The world is struck blind by a solar storm, and millions of man-eating mobile plants are released to roam Britain.
As an expert on the Triffids, Bill Masen knows that salvation rests in the hands of the father he hates, who mutated the Triffids in the first place to produce a green source of oil that the world craves.
Those of you who can watch the first footage be sure to fill us in on what it's looking like. For the rest of you, just hang tight. We're all in the same boat here.
Curious to know if you'll like it? Our boy projectcyclops reviewed part 1 and part 2 of the show already and mildly enjoyed it for what it was.

The first half was pretty spot on and stuck with the book, but the second half was a jumbled mess.
And if you're outside the UK, as I am, you have the internet and should download stuff the day it airs. Like everyone else does.
