post apocalyptic movie short cult 
This is classic Quiet Earth fodder. Bunker of the last Gunshots (my review) is an early short film by Jean Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro and is one of my favourite peices of French scifi cinema.
It's eerie, vaguely post-apocalyptic and you can watch the entire thing right here.!

you lost us around the 7 minute mark with the dude getting shocked in his bolls. We giggled slightly at that point only to rewind and watch it again and begin laughing like school girls. they film only added to our hysteria by showing the same poor ball-shocked fellow layed out in a stairwell shortly there-after. by the time of this guys medical examination with the diagrams of the testicles and penis, we were wiping away tears of laughter, this film is awesome!
