Christopher Webster [Celluloid 08.07.10] movie trailer news scifi



Technology is changing the way we all communicate, do business and basically evolve. That's rich soil for the creative imagination to grow ideas and director Eddie Alcazar seems to have a doozy on the way. It's a film called simply 0000 and while the info we have is vague at this point, we all agree there's a Pi level potential here.

Synopsis:
The mind of one man will galvanize a global revolution. His technology will birth a new era of human existence and social connection, but this great gift is rooted in dark tragedy. If he is to survive, he will need the help of many, and if we are to survive, our awareness must grow.

In all honesty, the above synopsis could be for Fincher's The Social Network. Social revolutinon, new technology, dark past... it all sounds vague. Here's hoping we get a little more as the months progress.

looks awesome. from the trailer..so far..i d assume hes kind of creating a new sect and uses technology to create mindless slaves out of these kids thou.

my guess is:
0000 is the number of the human-machine infterface device he created and to which he's connected.

this looks fantastic. cant wait to see it. it looks like the machines are a way of enlightenment or something and each stage is a bigger attachment to your head. just a shot in the dark. the cinematography looks phenomenal.
