While we patiently wait for the release Guy Moshe’s Bunraku (I admit that I may be the only one truly excited to see this film), Josh Hartnett is lining up his next project with favourite director Paul McGuigan.

I’m still a little surprised that Hartnett didn’t even make an appearance in McGuigan’s Push but the pair are reuniting for a third time for Tomorrow. Written by new comer Michael Gould, the film will star Hartnett as a man travelling back and forth through time and space, trying to prevent the murder of his family.

The project has been in development at Worldview Entertainment for a while and is still classified as being in script stage though it was announced yesterday that Hartnett had signed on to the film which could indicate that production will start sooner rather than later.

Details at this early stage are still limited but stay tuned for more updates as they develop.

Update: Kudos to Brian Jones who's informed me that the film starts principal photography in Louisiana later this year.

Synopsis: Max Martin is desperate to save his family on the day of their murder but he can't control the short-term time travel phenomenon he's trapped in.

I've been waiting for Bunraku since 2008. I'm really looking forward to seeing Gackt on the big screen!
