I’ve really enjoyed the updates we’ve been seeing for Mike Le Han’s fantasy short Mrs. Peppercorn's Magical Reading Room. What I didn’t realize from the first trailer we saw for the film is that it didn’t feature any of the special effects.
I didn’t actually realize that they were missing until today when Le Han kindly sent over a new cut of the trailer which features some of the finished effects. The new trailer is only slightly different than the first and the new effects are nice and add the magical aspect that the first trailer hinted at but they’re not make or break.
The real question now is when do we get to see the full short?

Looks pretty interesting. Looks like it could be a fun little fantasy short. Visuals look real good. I'll have to check this out when it hits.
