“John Hughes meets Judd Apatow meets George A. Romero” hey? Okay, I'll bite - into your brains that is! Hahaha. So yeah, word on this Super Nintendo video game adaptation comes from our pal Alex at firstshowing. And on tweet-like-a-zombie-day no less.
Logline:
It happened one typical night in suburbia; two best friends amongst a sea of teenage angst, battle for safety against the mysterious uprising of neighborhood zombies.
Zombies Ate My Neighbors is an independent production written by John Darko, and produced by Darko, April Wade and Ahmed al Baker. The film is still in the process of securing rights and finding a director and financiers, but we'll be following this one with all the interest of zombies lusting after human brains.

MAN I remember this game! I used to rock out to old Metallica and jam on this. Kind of seems odd for a movie premise, but the game was a blast so I'll go with it. It's so random I found this site...I was using my Logitech Revue with Google TV (I'm a DISH customer/employee) to search online for news on when season 2 of The Walking Dead was going to come out and stumbled on this. Great site, bookmarked!
