This footage is not real. The Exorcism of Emily Rose was based on a German case. Not English. Further more any such footage would make it to the media before it was saved for a feature film. Still looks scary.

Yeah, the first clue on it's authenticity would be the less than good acting. The second would be the film quality, compared to actual 70's footage.
