Devil's Rock is director Paul Campion's feature film debut. His last film was the violently beautiful short film, Eel Girl, so yeah, we're interested.
Shot in in 15 days in Wellington, New Zealand, Devil's Rock features special makeup effects by Oscar winning makeup effects company Weta Workshop.
Synopsis:
Set in the Channel Islands on the eve of D Day,two Kiwi commandos, sent to destroy German gun emplacements to distract Hitler's forces away from Normandy, discover a Nazi occult plot to unleash demonic forces to win the war.
The Devil's Rock was recently picked up for North American distribution by Metrodome Distribution.
The film stars Craig Hall, Matthew Sunderland, Gina Varela and Karlos Drinkwatera and Paul Campion’s.
