Koichi Sakamoto, the action director for most of the Power Rangers franchise, has releases a promo movie for a project he calls "Rebellions." It was was produced at Toei Digital Center's Tsukun Laboratory and was released on the company's YouTube Channel on Friday.
The cast includes Nao Nagasawa (Ninpū Sentai Hurricaneger), Minami Tsukui (Kamen Rider Den-O), and Saaya Irie (Hell Girl, Kyo no Gononi).
Th talent attached to this thing is actually pretty considerable. Toshiyuki Kimura (Casshern) was a concept designer and Yasushi Nirasawa (Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, Hellboy) handled character designs. Dango Takeda (Gantz, Assault Girls) designed the costumes, while Atsushi Takeuchi (Ghost in the Shell) designed the motorcycle.

But really. It's too much CGI. It just looks they're dancing around a green-screen.
