James Franco is already familiar with kicking verse having played Ginsberg in Howl and in Harmony Korine's next, he'll be using that skill again as a rapping drug and arms dealer named Alien. This character name is the only hint of Korine's signature queerness in the film he will both write and direct about four college girls who rob a restaurant to afford their trip to the beach. He's also in talks with starlets Emma Roberts, Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez and there's a mention of this being a risque path for all of them, but who cares. Look what he did for Chloë Sevigny. If only this will end up a masterpiece like the cat genocide favorite Gummo instead of the horribly pretentious waste of time Trash Humpers.
