Our friends across the pond are still bringing hoodlums to cinematic horror and the latest of the crop is an indie called Community. However, this one has caught our attention because it seems to add a viral element a la Crazies to the mix. This first teaser doesn't give a ton away, but it looks like it should be fairly intense so we'll keep our eyes on it.

Synopsis:
A hoody horror for the urban generation. This edgy horror chiller taps into one of the deepest, darkest fears of today's paranoid age, bringing to terrifying life gangs out of control on drugs and roaming the streets.

Community is directed by newcomer Jason Ford and the flick is already repped by High Point Productions who acquired the acclaimed shocker Mum and Dad.

Nice find, I like these kinds of films.

Pathetic, looks even worse than that dreadful Eden Lake, or the dire Daily mail inspired Harry Brown. The French have done this much better with the likes of Them.

Ah, High Point, the UK's most ineffective sales agent, the film makers better off doing sales themselves

What kind of chump does not like Harry Brown or Eden Lake? Stick to Barney the purple dinosaur. Also, Ils is five years old now. You might want to modernize your tastes. @Rev

@Michael Not liked because they are cr*p, poorly made nonsense that is driven by middle class ideals of culture and filmmaking. sad to see you take my comments so personally that you have to be rude. Next you'll be telling me that Dog Soldiers is a well made film
