The Hollywood Reporter put out a report 2 days ago that a couple of producers are claiming earth-shattering findings like an underwater Mayan City, a UFO landing pad, and human contact with extraterrestrials which will be revealed in their upcoming 3-D documentary Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond. While details are (obviously) scarce, producers Raul Julia-Levy and Ed Elbert call the documentary a "game changer" and even hints at the "mother of all secrets". Julia-Levy also stated "It is the most important archaeological finding in the history of mankind. It's going to open the eyes of humanity and elevate the consciousness of every human being on the planet. I guarantee it."
To boot, THR reports that [the documentary is] A collaboration between archaeologists, scientists and the governments of Mexico and Guatemala, [and] is the fruit of a decade of research that purportedly draws on classified information.
If this is something viral, they only thing they've got going for them is that THR actually published this.
The doc is set to begin production next month with a release slated for August.
I'm tagging this as scifi.

Of course none of what they claim is going to be proven true.
"the most important archaeological finding in the history of mankind"
True archaeologists wouldn't be out to make money with a documentary before telling the world.
In fact they would make many times more money with a documentary film after the world has been convinced it wasn't all a hoax.
It's just to hype up the conspiracy people and 2012 people.

Noname is 100% right. not one of their claims will be proven. no single argument will be true. it's just (as always) to sqeeze out the last drop of money of the movie. and after you watched it there's just the strong urge to see someone lying on the street...

Just more not so slick marketing. I’ll wait for this masterpiece to pop up on Netflix. Oh BTW how many want to bet this is not the first “Earth Shattering” documentary of 2012. Hold on to your hats the 2012 hype is just getting geared up.

you can already find a lot of crap on youtube "dedicated" to this upcoming movie. marketing machin is already running. the hype will run crazy til christmas when jesus comes... wait...no... when NOTHING happens at all :-) ahh... i love seeing all those conspiracy b@st@rds trying to wind out and search for any reason why nothing happened.

i can assure you that the man in the vid is not and has never been a seal. i have access to various huge files of information from 1993 until today and he doesn't show up anywhere. it's a big fake.
