quietearth [Celluloid 04.16.12] New Zealand western dystopic

Described as a "salvage punk western", this low budget film out of New Zealand not only sounds excellent, but looks so as well. I've seen a large amount of footage and am pretty excited. Unfortunately, we're going to have to wait a few weeks on a trailer but you can see the poster which they just released. The film stars Loren Taylor from Eagle vs Shark.

The poster is by New Zealand artist Nicholas B Keller.

Trapped behind the Boundary Fence, Freya dreams of escape and pursues a mysterious outsider who can free her. Condemned by her desires she destroys her world to discover that the reality of her existence was not what she imagined.

Nice video,I don't know how things work in Canada but in California about 16 mtohns ago I did wright a letter to my power company telling them I don't want the smart meter,do not install one on my home. They replied with you have no choice. We played cat and mouse for a couple mtohns untill one day they snuck up on me and installed the new meter. AssHoles. My rates went up a little but I know about five poeple that were paying around $150.00 a month and after the new meter was installed their bill went up to $400.00+. These poeple have no money and the power company told them to pay up or we will back charge you for power you didn't pay for. These smart meters are accurate and you were under billed for years. Double AssHoles. In a way the power company was right. The old meter were off a little.I am an electrician and I can tell you for sure that the old meters were off. They were off 10% to 15% in the power companies favor. They know this to be true but won't tell you this.
