Telluride is currently hosting the film world's elite but come October, a different type of film festival will be crawling though Colorado: Telluride Horror Show. The two day event which this year runs October 12 to 14th, have released their line-up and it features a great assortment of goodies.
The fest features an excellent assortment of international titles including Stig Svendsen's tale of terror Elevator, Juan Martinez Moreno's Game of Werewolves and Valentin Javier Diment's Memory of the Dead. Also included are Greg Olliver's Devoured, Paul China's Crawl but the title that has us most excited is Adam Mason's Junkie. Mason's follow-up to Blood River (review) isn't quite finished but Telluride Horror Show attendees will be able to check out a work print of the film, presented by your very own Quiet Earth.
In addition to the excellent feature line-up, the festival also boasts an excellent line-up of short films including Matt O'Mahoney homage to 80s anthology horror movies Adjust Tracking, Richard Powell's Familiar and Jovanka Vuckovic's multi-award winning short The Captured Bird.
More titles to be annonced but for now, check out the already fantastic line-up below!

ELEVATOR

Director: Stig Svendsen
9 people stuck on an elevator - one has a ticking bomb - the other 8 will do absolutely anything to survive. The bomb cannot be defused. No escape and no promise of rescue. The unthinkable becomes the only solution. Crafted by the award-winning team of Norwegian director, Stig Svendsen and writer-producer Marc Rosenberg, they create a story as chilling as Hitchcock's "Psycho" and as demented as Polanski's "The Tenant". An amazing ensemble cast (Christopher Backus, Anita Briem, John Getz, Shirley Knight, Amanda and Rachel Pace, Devin Ratray, Tehmina Sunny, Joey Slotnick and Waleed Zuaiter) creates a pressure cooker drama you won't soon forget.

The only way to free the place from the curse is to feed the beast with a member of the Marino family and the town's just arrived guest "happens" to be a perfect candidate for this.
