Marina Antunes [Bunker Blueprint 02.24.15] Canada horror

The last few years have seen a return, at least in the indie horror genre, to practical effects. We've yet to see how Studio ADI's Harbinger Down (trailer) will fare but the Astron-6 guys have made a name for themselves in part for their work with practical effects and now two of the members are branching off to do their own thing and they need a bit of help.

Steven Kostanski and Jeremy Gillespie have written and will direct The Void a horror movie about a place that is worse than hell complete with a plethora of horrible monsters. As part of their IndieGogo campaign to raise funds for the production of the monsters, Kostanski and Gillespie have also shared a really creepy and great looking proof of concept trailer that suggests some good things to come.

We know these guys have the chops to pull this off so if you've got a buck or two to spare, be sure to head on over to their campaign page and support The Void. We'll be keeping close tabs on the project.

Yes yes yes. I'm in!

Definitely has the Hellraiser vibe but without the pretensions. Must be rough being a Cenobite. Always needing to come up with something profound to say. That's hell enough!
