Death Waltz Recording Company in partnership with Mondo have exhumed a classic soundtrack of the living dead. From the twisted mind of Lucio Fulci comes ZOMBI 2 aka Zombie Fleash Eaters. A notorious gore classic and the poster child for the video nasty generation, the film takes viewers on a terrifying journey from New York City to a mysterious Caribbean island where sharks fight zombies and no eye ball is safe.

Fabio Frizzi's score is a standout of the film and one of my personal favourite horror scores. The pulsing, almost breathing of the opening is the stuff of nightmares.

The soundtrack has been Re-mastered at Abbey Road Studios to ensure audiophile and cinephiles are both happy campers. The gatefold sleeve is printed on 425 gsm reverse board and includes a booklet featuring Sleeve notes by Fabio Frizzi, Ian McCulloch, Stephen Thrower & Tom Beauvais.

The 180 Gram vinyl is Clear & Grey Swirl.

You can pre-order the album here.
