I don't think anyone is looking forward to Cage's performance in Proyas' latest, but having done one of the best films of all time (Dark City) we are all still hopeful. I say hopeful because the storyline is apocalyptic and could be quite good.. but alas I'm guessing we're going to have a disappointment. Damn you CAGE! The story revolves around a time capsule in the 50s and some numbers scribbled on a piece of paper which predict all the major catastrophes to come.. but what happens when the numbers stop? Here is a full synopsis and the trailer is after the break.

What happens when the numbers run out? hopefully CAGE dies and doesn't grace us with any more movies.

I'm still digging the premise but the film looks a little vanilla. If you squint you might think these are scenes from "Next." Squint a little tighter and you may as well be looking at the "Mothman Prophesies."

And Cage *shudders* I've never liked much.

Sounds a little too much like 'The Happening'.

I saw one of the sets a few weeks ago. Parliament House in Melbourne and the surrounding street was covered in debris and one or two burnt out cars was lying about.
The actors and extras had already left for lunch when I was walking past.
I saw photos of the scene that was being filmed. Hundreds of people running all over the place with fire everywhere and some soldiers scattered about. I would have liked to have witness the scene being shot. Maybe I should've hung around Reminded me of On The Beach which had scenes set in the same location.
