Christopher Webster [Celluloid 03.04.09] zombies movie trailer news horror comedy

Because I loved Jake's West's completely mental and ultra-violent scifi horror film Evil Aliens, I've been keeping tabs on his upcoming project Doghouse, a brilliant battle of the sexes satire that's bound to get hacked to bits by the feminists element once it finally premieres.

Well anyway, the film's website has undergone a major overhaul and now features the trailer that was yanked from the net half a year ago. Why it's exactly the same as the one we already have after the break and is being reported as "new" I don't get but check it out after the break. It's really rad.

Danny is handling his divorce badly. He’s depressed. Gone to pieces. But his mates aren’t giving up on him. Struggling with their own mid-life troubles, they drag him off for a boy’s weekend in the country... which goes horribly twisted when they find themselves holidaying in a village overrun by psychotic, homicidal women.

Doghouse stars a whos who of cool British actors including Danny Dyer from Severance Stephen Graham (Snatch) and that guy who plays Mickey on Doctor Who.

You can watch the trailer after the break or in HD here.

Looks fantastic fun. Love Danny... and Noel Clarke who won the BAFTA rising star award. Can't wait to see it in the Cinema.
