"Described as an unusual love story between two vampires who have been in love for centuries," Jarmusch's next which he scripted himself, delves into the growing popularity of vampire romance. "I've been imagining this film for years. I can't wait to now realize it with these remarkable collaborators." said Jarmusch. The film has already received more then a million in financing for production and will shoot primarily in Germany.
Being as he's one of my favorite directors (Ghost Dog!), this won't take any of that melodramatic Twilight tact, but instead will be incredibly weird. I'm thinking Clair Denis' Trouble Every Day which we have the trailer for below. No other details have been released.
The film stars Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, Mia Wasikowska, and Tom Hiddleston.

Surprised nobody's mentioned " Ghost Dog" in the same breath as "Drive" ... Criminal who finds humanity driving around listening to pop music. Plus an overt Western flair? The connection is obvious.
